The Annual Town Meeting is held between 1 March and 1 June each year.
It is a meeting made up of local government electors and the purpose is to discuss town affairs which have no statutory definition.
Local Government Act 1972 s.9(1)
This can be any issues or topics that specifically affect the area and it is not exclusive to the business of the Town Council.
