As the Town Council’s gross expenditure has exceeded the threshold of £200,000 for a period of three continuous years, the financial details are now reported on an income and expenditure (I&E) basis from the 3rd year onwards.
The prior year column in the accounting statements is ‘restated’ to inform the External Auditor.
